I would just like to wish you all a very Happy New Year and to thank you all for your invaluable support over the last 3 months. I know that in the months to come I will need you all again and I know that you will be there when needed.

Resolution for 2020 get fit again ..lose weight and get sugar back under control with diet and excercise.
