Hi everyone, just a wee update that hopefully encourages those of you still to have, or going through treatment. I had a complete response to FEC-T chemo...no sign of my lump at midway point or on completion, then 2 weeks ago had a lumpectomy and 4 lymph nodes removed. Today my surgeon told me that everything was clear and I have 2 very neat and well healed scars. I have still to have radiotherapy and can't wait to start...and continue on 3 weekly Trastuzumab (Herceptin). So relieved today and off to open some Cava :)
CONGRATULATION !!!
I hope the Cava is a good one as you deserve it after all that you've been through this year. I remember all the posts from when you were on the FEC, and it seemed like it would never end and this time would never come, but here you are with an amazing result!
I hope that you have a wonderful Christmas (radiotherapy starts after the holidays doesn't it?) and new year, and maybe we could all have that St Andrews meet up in the spring with our new boobs and short hair!

Hi Fee,
Fantastic result and so glad you are feeling well and happy after all you have been through.
Celebrate and enjoy your trips with the caravan - freedom at last.
And I agree with Margaret a meet up in St Andrews would be wonderful.
