I am currently doing good in relation to my work and student life. I feel like I struggle to speak to people unless its about one of my professions. Before cancer, I was a loud person, so confident but now I'm not sure what it is but I can barely hold a conversation with people.
Any advice would be highly appreciated!
Hi
I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to talk to people. That must be very difficult for you.
I can see that you've already joined the life after cancer group and I think that it may be an idea to post this message there as well. It's a great space to discuss things like the physical and emotional after effects of cancer, returning to work, or trying to move on with your life. If you'd like to do this clicking on the link I've created will take you straight there.
When you have a minute, it would be really useful if you could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
