HI folks
I don't often post here as such but I saw this article today and felt I needed to share it
Boy, 13 one of Scotland's first to undergo innovative brain surgery - BBC News
Its great to hear of positive advances in the treatment of brain tumours. The surgeon, Roddy O'Kane, is the surgeon who operated on G almost 6 years ago now. He's a superstar in my eyes.
sending love and light and hugs and positive energy to all who need it
Wee Me xx
Thanks for sharing, Wee Me. Very promising news. Did anyone else crack a smile at the line:
" I woke up with him saying, dad, dad look, he was holding his left hand up with his right hand and he just said 'my fingers are doing fingery things'. "
Glad to read he was back in school for January, too.
loved that line too, Matthew
