Hello, I am a 48-year-old working Scottish mum of 4 living in Luxembourg now for 8 years. I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in September. After diagnosis I had 4 Folfox chemotherapy sessions before surgery in Germany in December to remove the primary colon tumour, 7 metestates in the liver, and removal of gall bladder and resectioned pancreas. I was in hospital for 3 months with complications after surgery but now home and just started first cycle of 8 Folfox. I am quite isolated in Luxembourg so would love to befriend someone going through a similar experience. I am struggling with fatigue and very weak but the tumours were cleared with the surgery.
