Hey guys, you might see this on other forums too, but I want to help those who get very scared when it comes to receiving a bad FIT result/2ww referral. My mum had a FIT result of 200, but she had a colonoscopy today, and all was clear, not even a polyp. Please don't let that number scare you. Yes, the wait can be daunting, but stay strong.
Good health, peace, and justice to all.
Take care.
Hello Horsewithnoname
That's great news. Am really pleased to hear that Mum's colonoscopy was clear.
It can be tough to have a concerning result and to go through testing. The waiting can be hard.
But it just goes to show that any concerning symptoms, although needing to be checked out, may actually rule out cancer.
Thank you for sharing.
Jane
