Hi everyone and apologies to Ian aka for pinching his quiz idea but remembered that I did a few quizzes for the newsletter at work (aka the office manager trying to fill it up!) so thought I’d put a few on here.

Todays answers are all nuts!

1. Topic! One of these in every bite?

2. Retired Australian tennis player Pat ..........who?

3. Popular with South American’s?

4. Container for mushy or marrowfat?

5. Snoopy, Charlie Brown and friends?

6. Marc of Soft Cell likes these?

7. Used to top off a chocolate whip nicely?

8. A painful foot complaint?

9. King Creole had a lovely bunch of these?

10. Roast or water - they’re both tasty?

Answers tomorrow. If you want me to do another comment or like but don’t worry - I won’t be offended if nobody does!

Take care everyone

    Hi Karen

    No apologies needed.

It would be nice if you could do some more but include them in the Boris Break thread, it would certainly help me keep the thread going a bit longer.

My name is Ian, but not Hislop and I feel as if I'm losing my private eye.

    Now where's my thinking cap!

Okay I've had this one for a wee while waiting to see if anyone would jump in and answer it but no one's out playing so I give you my revised answer for number 8 as

    Pecan

Karen you are very welcome to give us more in the Boris Breaks thread,  I'm sure you could test us on beers/lagers of the world,  shall we start a list of stoma names in other words you tell me yours and I'll tell you mine with  and mum and dad putting together to test us or even just a wee bit of news from Scotland on the virus that might not have reached us yet remember it used to take 9 days at one time to get news from London to Edinburgh.

All on the Boris Break thread please.

Just in case you missed my answer it's a can for peeing in!

Here is an uplifting comment my wife works at a rehabilitation centre from the local hospital before they go home. The local Aldi delivered a load of flowers to them as a thank you for there work during the current climate.

    Stay safe everyone
