I had an appointment with the surgeon on the 24th February to discuss the biopsy results and my general health situation.
The first week after surgery was very positive until 5 days later, my energy levels just collapsed. When I had the meeting with the surgeon he looked at me and then made arrangement to have me admitted to the hospital. I had three different infections. Urine, prostrate and old blood. I have a fissure and old blood is exiting my anus which is foul smelling. Anyway I came back from the hospital yesterday and am on two different and strong antibiotics for the next 11 days.
The biopsy results showed that I was 100% clear of cancer, in addition the 12 lymph nodes and supporting tissues showed that they had never had cancer and were just blistered. So all in all very good news.
