Hello lovelies, just checking back in after my fabulous 3 week holiday in the Caribbean. I was a little nervous about how my bowel would behave just 3 months after my stoma reversal but I needn’t have worried. I was very fortunate to have no problems at all, & the heat definitely helped the neuropathy (sadly it’s back again now!) I hope this post gives some encouragement to others undergoing treatment (see my profile for details.) I have scans booked in January but I’m putting that to one side for now...Wishing you all a Merry Christmas & a Happy & healthy New Year!
Glad to hear that you’ve had such a lovely time Jersey Lily. I have reflexology for the neuropathy in my feet - it maybe only lasts for a few days - but I’ll suggest the Caribbean holiday idea to my hubby!
*whispers good luck with the scans in January but for now -ends whisper* Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too
Take care
Karen x
