I've just popped into this group as I noticed your post hadn't had any replies yet.
I put 'duodenal' into the search area in this group and it did pull up a few posts in the last year or so. You could also try this and respond to any that you think might help. I see that you have joined the small bowel cancer group and there are also some posts there as well.
I've found this information for you about small bowel cancers which includes treatments.
You could also post any questions you have in ask a nurse and one of the specialist nurses will respond within 2 working days.
