Hi All

I had my appointment today with my surgeon to see how I am healing and to find out if from the tumour had spread into the microscopic lymph nodes , all clear and healing well , next step to check for any leakage and a CT scan before re-joining after august , I cant believe how lucky I am and so relieved that I stuck to getting referred to St Marks as by now I would be with a bag for the rest of my life if I didn't

maybe time to change my name to happyagain

That is wonderful news! Good luck with the rest of the process. Hopefully all goes well with the enema X-Ray (where they check for leakage and strictures), and that they can get the reversal done for you in good time.
