That’s a lovely picture process. I’m not technically minded so can’t help you with the uploading but I’ve gone from being a flower to a cloud/ thought bubble! But some people are still flowers! Mmm strange! x

Hi again process. Are you trying to load it from your mobile? Someone was having the same issue on the Life after Cancer page and they suggested a way of downloading the site onto your mobile so it was like using it on a laptop if that makes sense? - told you I wasn’t technically minded! Thanks Karen, I was trying to do it from iPad and it doesn't work, tried just now using mobile, still won't work...hey ho no matter.....don't sweat the small stuff!!

I hope you don't mind me popping on here, I noticed you were having some issues with uploading a new avatar and thought it best to reach out to you all.

We have contacted our IT team about members using mobiles being unable to upload avatars and are in the process of correcting this issue.

In the meantime, if you have the desired avatar you can send it across to us on community@macmillan.org.uk and we will look to upload this on your behalf.

Thank you Jess, I have tried both mobile and iPad so would b e great if IT can resolve.

shall I try and send the picture I uploaded onto forum or will they take it from the forum for me?
