Hi,
I've been referred due to an incidental finding of an 8.4cm tumour with endosteal scalloping in my left humerus.
I'm unsure of the next steps. Can anyone fill me in on whet to expect?
Cheers
Hi and welcome to the online community
I'm not a member of this group but I noticed that your post hadn't had any response so I thought I'd see if I can help.
I'm assuming that when you say you've been referred this has been done by your GP for you to have further tests. If this is the case then this information on how primary bone cancer is diagnosed might be of interest to you.
I realise that it isn't as good to read about it as to hear about people's experiences but hopefully it'll go some way in telling you what to expect.
You could also post this question in ask a nurse and one of the specialist nurses will respond within 2 working days.
Edit - I've just seen in your profile that you've been diagnosed as not having bone cancer so the link I've given you might not be applicable and my best advice would be to post your question in ask a nurse. Sorry!
