Well it's all go still seems happy enough even with GA after last time. Said they probably just needed to secure my airway to be sure. Nothing in notes about sleep apnea form last anesthetist. So happy to carry on.
So it's just the waiting game til I go night night.
I think every week becomes stressful for us on these varying journeys when things are not going great.

Well the pain is more manageable now, still not nice and hurts a fair bit but at least 50% less painful than before. I have also figured that going for number 2's if I can sit down without it hurting too much and out one arm on the pipe boxing and the other on the end of the bath and take the weight on my arms so I'm almost hovering on the toilet seat it's doesn't hurt while doing the business.
Getting through it slowly but surely, but sleeping is still a problem and can't get comfy with pipes etc and any slight tugging sensation wakes me up. Obviously everything is still very sore down there.

Onwards and outwards would be preferable with this bloody catheter, I hope to goodness I never have to have another one in ever. And even then that would be too soon!!!

Not much longer before your TWOC. Despite having a catheter since late 2018, I tend to agree with you. My current one (35th or thereabouts) is still very uncomfortable at times when I stand up. They normally settle down after 3 days but this one, at 2 weeks and 2 days, also requires attention very frequently just to keep it flowing. My first flexible cystoscopy in 2017 shocked me when I saw its size. I thought 'that's not natural and is going to hurt.' It did not disappoint!! My usual catheters are 16CH (5.3mm diameter), only slightly less than the flexiscope, and usually have a 10ml water balloon to prevent it pulling out. The current one has a 30ml balloon. I'm wondering if that, and the special curved tip required to get past my prostate, is the reason for my greater discomfort this time.
Oh man I feel so sorry for you having that many catheters. I really had no idea what to expect when I left with it in. They really didn't give me any help at all with having a catheter in.
My heart goes out to you big style.
Can I ask how you deal with sleeping cause I'm finding it difficult mainly due to nocturnal activity for men as it tends to pull on the catheter after I've fallen asleep and I think that is why I'm not sleeping well. If you get my drift.
