Evening all,
Had a good sleep last night, was only up 3 times….
so today I’ve logged everything I’ve eaten and drank…the peeing got to the point today that I was pain free…I couldn’t believe it…
this afternoon I had long walk then had a shower when I got home.
i went back to work and since then my pee has been unbearable…ouch…..
so I’ve worked out it’s one of three things..
1 walnuts
2 the lemon barley water
3. Shower gel I was using…
Any thoughts…
Hi Rob,
I have allergies so the way I was taught was to eliminate the possible things that could be irritating your body 1 at a time. If you are lucky that will show quickly what to avoid.
In your case, unless you are drinking the shower gel, that would be irritating the skin plus the end of the penis. The lemon barley water would probably feel bad inside your bladder and on the way out. I use Simple shower and other products - no perfume and fewer chemicals.
Not sure about walnuts, probably same as the barley water. I know people are allergic to walnuts, but I would have thought they would show up in itchy throat, runny nose or hives, itchy skin or general feeling of discomfort.
Have a look at the barley water ingredients, there are probably lots of chemicals in it which can affect one. Maybe cold water would be better.
But try one at a time or you'll never be sure.
All the best,
Latestart
The thought had crossed my mind Garviv, I’ve had the lemon barley water today, it’s getting easier…it was defo the shower gel…I must be a very sensitive soul…hahaha…
even with all this it’s still much better than BCG #13-15 so I shouldn’t complain to much…
it’s the lack of sleep that does me…
cheers Nigel xx
Oh dear mate, sounds like it's all happening for you....
I used to suffer from piles, but changed my diet etc and been good for a while.
Piles rules... Number one... Never strain...
Basically that's it.. it's the pushing straining that causes piles,. Do whatever you need not to strain... Prunes, fiber, avoiding white bread etc etc..
Enjoy the darts matey
