Just a quick question for everyone what pain relief did you find useful when you came home. I have been in terrible pain all day in my abdomen and back can't get comfortable at all now making me feel sick any help please x

At this stage I would expect you to be on paracetamol.
However, if you are in bad pain and feel sick, I recommend that you contact the hospital ward where you were looked after and seek advice.
If you have a thermometer, check your temperature too. It's still possible to develop complications and infections while you heal.
You may need to go to A&E so prepare for that. Don't suffer, just go.
