Hi thanks for letting me join group my husband is suffering from bladder cancer it has been 5 years now but we are at the point now were not a lot can be done and he can not have his bladder removed doctors said it would be to risky he has been getting some trouble with his bowls as well now doctors told us they did not want to go back in the bladder now as his bladder is very thin in places so he is having ct scan tomorrow to see how things are as he is getting a lot of diffrent symptoms now has any one on here had the same sort of experience

You will find the group ever so supportive and there's usually someone who can comment and share from experience and knowledge along soon.

Hi Debbie, and a second welcome from me. Sorry to hear your dad has been dealing with this for so long. Once they get the results of the CT scan, they will have a better idea of what they are dealing with and may be able to come up with an alternative treatment plan. It is unlikely he will get any results tomorrow as the scans have to be analysed and can take up to 2 weeks. Best wishes.
