Just back from routine flexi with the best news...all clear. The doc had a bit of a struggle finding the urethra (urology nurses always seem to manage it no problem!) and I suspect I will feel a bit sore when the local anaesthetic wears off but hey who cares. This time my bladder is disease free! Cytology results concur with the visual check. Wonderful nurses in the theatre, who were there previously when we found the recurrence, almost burst into a happy Christmas song!
Getting over a virus I haven't had an alcoholic drink for 5 weeks but trust me the wine is coming out tonight. Sending love to all from an over-excited H x
