Just checking in to see how you all are?
I've been a busy boy of late - finished my Radiotherapy in July, and returned to work the week after - and by mid-August was back full time.
I had some setbacks a few weeks after being back - the fatigue kicking in, UTIs, and a few weeks ago the pressure on the ligaments in my groin where my bladder has shrunk was causing me major pain so that I couldn't even walk.
Had a flexi cystoscopy end of November, and found 3 raised brown marks in my bladder. Biopsy taken, and after a couple of weeks of me thinking the worst, they were benign.
To those that are well in to their BC experience, and those that are just starting, I hope you can enjoy the forthcoming holidays with hope, courage, and determination, and can put what's going on to the back of your mind, even if it's just for a day - easier said than done, I know.
Much love and best wishes to you all,
Nick.
Hi Nick. Nice to hear from you. Good to know you are doing well, albeit with a few bumps in the road. I have had the odd false alarm over the years, but all ok so far. Wishing you well going forward. All the Best to you and yours.
