Hi. 4 weeks since my TURBT and all going well. However, I have pain in my right hip/back of pelvis? Worse at night when lying down. Had CT scan before flexible cytoscopy and TURBT, so assume anything sinister would have shown up on this? Is it worth mentioning to CNS or GP? My results were good G2 pTa with no further treatment planned bar cystoscopy in 3 months. Had the pain before surgery but getting worse.
Pain in hips can be referred back pain. So potentially unrelated to BC I'd see my GP. x
I agree with H. It could be an ongoing effect from your TURBT or something unrelated. Whichever, it is always best to seek professional advice. If you have a CNS, these are usually the best people for first contact. Best wishes.
Hi Plantaholic, I too have pain in the hip, buttock, thigh . It's always worse at night but is completely gone in the mornings. I haven't been to gp about it but I think its connected to many many visits to the toilet , my bladder is contracting to empty and not much coming out.
This straining is causing my pain I believe.
