Have completed 11 does of BCG afte 2 surgeries, couldn't proceed with the 12 as white blood cells present in sample and bad frequency 85 times in 24 hours. Have to have a camera in 6 weeks to check the damage the BCG has caused, then look at what options I have if BCG again I will ask for it to be every two weeks to rest the bladder, thats an option. Cancer free but I want to remain that way, scared now as I don't know what alternatives there are. I am not having my bladder removed as there is no cancer in situ. The ncp says there are always options.
Hello and good to hear from you again. Great to know you are cancer free, but sorry to hear you are suffering with the BCG. I never had it, but know how you feel is not uncommon. Hopefully someone will be along with experiences of how they manage. Best wishes.
