I know there's been mention of flare ups and I wonder if this is what I am experiencing. For the past week or so, I've had rotten stomach cramps. I thought I had a bit of a water infection, and the doc gave me some antibiotics after a phone consultation and that seems to have eased but my stomach is still sore.
I've not really experienced the IBS type symptoms that I understand come after treatment, so maybe this is that. I suppose it could be anxiety related too even though I'm working hard to stay safe and not focus on the virus news.
Going to the loo isn't any different, rushing to the loo first thing in the morning with the occasional bit of blood, but that's been the same for a while now. Had a scan in February and a follow up appointment a couple of weeks ago and the consultant is happy with everything. Treatment finished last August.
But this cramping is bothering me and not sure what is normal and when I should worry. I'm not doing anything different food wise.
Any thoughts and experiences appreciated!
Debbie
