Good morning to all members of the Carers only forum just a note to let you know that during the next two weeks we will be fully open as usual if you want to chat or ask questions many of us will be around even if you need to rant and rave or let off steam one of us will be listening and here for each other as usual.
As Christmas is a stressful time for everyone and we as carers will probably find it to be more than usual, please take care of yourselves and take every opportunity to grab a break, find a nice quiet place with that box of chocolates you found under the tree and a glass of your favourite tipple and have some relaxing ME time and if a family member offers to help, do the right thing and accept immediately and let them get on with things.
My wishes to all to have a very happy Christmas and a very prosperous and healthy New Year.
