My dad has in 2 week gone from being able to eat a full plate of roast to choking on custard... Has anyone got any ideas and ways to make pureed food interesting.. He is losing weight rapidly so I am adding lots of crean to blend but having trouble with keeping it interesting....

Poor you, poor Dad. I can’t help directly but...immediate thought...is Dad bothered about interesting ? Just eating must be dreadfully hard for him. ( how about old fashioned fruit jelly ? ) If you look on the main Macmillan site there is a page for your Dad’s cancer, and there was a link for oesophageal patients association. Maybe they will help ? Best wishes
