I’ve been offered this treatment after having had breast cancer, Radiotheraphy and now on letrozole medication. Grade 3. I have reduced bone density, which was diagnosed before the cancer appeared.
Has anyone had this Treatment ? Any advice would be welcome.

I don't have any experience with the treatment you've been offered but I thought I'd suggest that you join and also post this question in the breast cancer group as I'm sure there will be others there who have had this treatment.
