    My father has bowel cancer and science has nothing further to offer. I am struggling with this and I am completely devasted. Writing has always soothed me and I hope that writing this blog may somehow help in this terrible and difficult journey.

  • Pain after treatment

    From chemo I'm left with corded and collapsed veins in my arm. Also found out I have scarring on my lung from radiotherapy. Now after treatment my right arm constantly hurts with the collapsed and corded veins.

  • Final days with Dad

    Following the final days with my Dad being cared for at home from his wife and myself, Advanced prostate cancer, Stage III esophageal cancer and 3 Brain tumors. Fought for 4 ½ years and now finally bed bound with a morphine driver.
