Is it normal to get cut off from the helpline?
I just spent 20 minutes explaining my situation then to be put on hold before phone went dead.
Hi LennyL and welcome to the online community
I'm sorry to hear that you got cut off when you rang the Macmillan Support Line. That's not been my experience in the past but I can understand how frustrating it must have been for you to have explained things at length and then the line to go dead. I hope you've managed to speak to them over the weekend.
