Hi all,
I have recently put in a claim with my insurance company and some of the definitions are slightly confusing.
I was diagnosed with testicular cancer around 2 months ago and had the following;
PT2 Classical Seminoma. Lymphovascular Invasion. Rete negative. Marker negative tumour. CT scan shows small volume retroperitoneal nodes not size significant.
Under the listed definitions it states the following;
cancer (excluding less advanced cases) as “any malignant tumour positively diagnosed with histological confirmation and characterized by the uncontrolled growth of malignant cells and invasion of tissue”.
Am i right in thinking the cancer i had/have would fall under this definition?
Thankyou in advance!
