please can someone help me and tell me what to expect in regards to fatigue and symptoms such as constipation and incontinence. As a carer keep thinking it’s just a faze and the need for sleep will abate. But am I just kidding myself. Due to fatigue, nausea and dizziness, walking distances is a real problem and now in wheelchair. There has been a lot of muscle wastage and he has lost 15lbs in the last couple of months. Please can anyone share similar experiences with any advice please

I'm sorry to read about what's happening to your dad and see you've had no replies as yet.

This is possibly because it's not really clear what's happening here.  I'm guessing your dad has advanced prostate cancer.  Perhaps you could give more detail of this.  Additionally, if you could say what treatment he's had or is having it would help.

It does sound as if you use more information and support.

It may be help to you to phone the Macmillan helpline.  They can give you information about Macmillan, or other, support services local to you.
