Hi I have a recent diagnosis of a TSH thyroid hormone secreting adenoma have been told its very rare which is scary in it's self. i live in Norway and the main hospital in oslo has only ever had one other type of this tumour before. So they don't have massive amounts of information for me. i have stated on Stanostain Lar injections as of last month. the side effects are horrific but the symptoms are improving.
is there anyone else with this same type of tumour?
Hi tshbella
Welcome to the Online Community. I am sorry that you have not yet had a response to your question but sometimes, particularly where there is a rarer diagnosis, it can take a little longer for someone to see it and reply.
I am sorry to hear that you have had a diagnosis of a TSH thyroid hormone secreting adenoma and that you are having some challenging side effects from the injections.
My own cancer was a different type to yours so I hope you do not mind me replying but by doing so it will bump your post and hopefully will bring it to the attention of someone who has experienced a similar diagnosis.
In the meantime this link may be helpful.
