Have had letter today. My partner has a large mass near pelvis and fluid in stomach and lungs. Told it is cancer. Being sent for a lung drain next week and advised not urgent as not a lot of fluid so dont know of this is good or bad. I not sure of stage but im thinking 3 or probably 4. Anyone else at a stage with same symptoms

I'm sorry to hear that your partner has had a letter confirming that she has ovarian cancer. It must be a very worrying time for you both.
It's impossible to 'guess' what stage her cancer is but if she calls her cancer nurse specialist (CNS) she should be able to answer any questions she may have, including the stage if that information is available.
When you have a minute it would be useful if could pop something about your partner's journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis.
