Hi all. I've just joined this group and wondered if anyone can help. Sorry for the long message. I've been diagnosed with adrenal tumors. They were found on a CT scan whilst looking for other things. I have anxiety, depression and panick attacks which according to NHS choices can be a symptom of adrenal tumors. Can anyone tell me if they've had these symptoms and did the symptoms stop after having them removed. Also what other symptoms have been associated with the tumors.
Morning Jeffrick
You can read my profile, click on my name Mitzie10, top right of page and it will give you my history!
I had both my Adrenal Glands removed on 4th September and surgery was straight forward. I didn’t have any of the symptoms you describe and pathology showed no NET Tumours but they were very swollen due to overproduction of ACTH.
I had chest complications post op, my pneumonia flared up again so currently still on IV antibiotics
Have you been confirmed as having Neuroendocrine Tumours if so where are you being treated?
Happy to answer any questions
Best wishes
