Tagrisso side effects

Hello

Has anyone out there had gastric problems with Tagrisso/Osimertinib? I’ve been experiencing awful burping and belching , started about a month after starting this drug? It’s not specified that this is a side effect in the patient information leaflet so I’m wondering if it could be another cause or my stomach lining is now cancerous? I’ve now started Lansoprazole (two days ago) with a bit of improvement. Thanks

Ive been taking Osimertinib since April 2020 and found I've been burping more than usual, but not awfully. I've been taking Omeprazole for a couple of years due to other other medication I'm taking which I'm assuming is similar to Lansoprazole because of the name. Hopefully it will provide some further improvement in a couple of weeks.

I've been on Osimertinib/Tagrisso since March 2019 (diagnosed as Stage IV on Feb 1st). I seem to have a lot of "wind", particularly in the morning, but otherwise have had no other significant side effects to complain about
