So bobs had a letter today from capita who work for dwp they have said that someone will now look at his application and gather more evidence and they have or are waiting for information from the the health care professionals who have treated Bob .

Still not sure if he as to have a face to face assessment or whether it's going to be paper based assessment , but we can live in hope that he doesn't need to sit in front of someone and explain why he breathes through a stoma and can't speak and all this for a bit of money ThinkingThinking

    Hi Chris

Sorry to hear it's been cancelled that's a pain.

She just asked questions how bobs condition affected him on a day to day, did he get tired could he walk far could he cook , dress , and fend for himself basically and he had to show her the equipment he uses like his nebuliser and suction machine and what medication he takes

He was asked how he felt when trying to communicate with others and he spoke to the lady via his electroic devise, she also asked him to stand , bend , squeeze her hands etc

But she didn't ask to be shown around.
