Just had word from Beatson that my Pazopanib treatment is working. Only two. On that in and tumours in pancreas are shrinking. Main one was 4.8cm, now 3cm. The two smaller ones are also shrinking. I’m reducing dose to 600mg to try and help with appetite and diarrhoea. Onward and upward for me and anyone else about to start treatment.
Good news Ian. A great bunch of people at he Beatson. I'm on immunotherapy trial there but have ended up in hospital due to reaction to the drugs but can't fault the team at the Beatson in what they are doing to treat the side effects.
Keep going. Each day is a new day.
Thanks Dave, hope they can get you back on track with a suitable treatment.
