Hi all

its been 72 hours since having my peg fitted. Still taking Paracetamol and no issues so far. I wanted to get back to doing my 5 mile walk/run before I start my treatment which is probably a couple of weeks away.

any reason why I can’t get out this weekend and continue where I left off, pre-op?

  • Absolutely no reason at all not to walk/run if it's pain free; yoga probably best avoided for now mind!

  • Thanks Mike. No worries about Yoga.I haven’t touched my toes in years, so the thought of bending and stretching any other parts of my body would be unimaginable!
