Hi all I have been trying to stay busy doing some gardening in this lovely weather we have been having I used my normal sunscreen but has caused a rash on neck and chest can anyone recommend a high factor suncream are organic ones any good 5 months post chemo and radiotherapy. Thanks all.

Hello I suffer from eczema from an allergy to lanolin which is in a lot of cosmetics and creams including suncream. I use Boots Soltan & that does not give me a rash. I also use Bare Minerals make up as it is plant based and therefore does not give me eczema. Normally before using or buying any new product I put a small amount on the back of my hand and wait 24 hours to see if I develop a reaction. I have always had very sensitive skin. I also use aqueous cream on Doctor's recommenfation for washing as this stops my skin drying out.
