I don't have any experience with these drugs to share with you but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet.
While you're waiting for replies if you type 'pacitaxol and carboplatin' into the search bar in the group you'll find lots of previous posts which mention these drugs. You could have a read through some of them and reply to any of the more recent posters if you wanted to ask any further questions about the drugs.
