Hi everyone new to this just had my first fec-t chemo yesterday and i fill fine , i would assume it will get worse as more i have ,.
Hi
a very warm welcome to the community though of course we are sorry you find yourself here.
I hope you are still feeling good after your first chemo. They do say there is a cumulative effect but that's mainly with your tiredness, I think. I did find some rounds were worse than others but got plenty of drugs to help with the side effects which levelled it all out, I guess.
We are a very large and friendly group here and we are all willing to help and support you as much as we can. You might like to take a look at our breast cancer chemo thread - it's a thread we set up monthly as a place for everyone going through treatment to get together and share their advice and experiences. It's also a good place to while away some time if your chemo unit has mobile reception.
Hopefully you've been able to have a good look around the site. It's very busy and there are people at all stages of treatment and those of us post treatment. If you have any questions, just ask us and feel free to post and join in with any discussions wherever and whenever you feel comfortable.
Hope the rest of chemo is kind to you
R
