Ladies  can anyone recommend a decent comfortable sports bra. Had mx on right side and although tissue expander is uncomfortable its bearable but my sports bras just seemto put pressure on it. Have the bra extender on at back. Also  anyone been on holiday  with tissue expander in?  Was told to wear   sports bra 24/7 does this apply to warm climates too? Getting a little breather  before chemo possibly starts.

Thanks x

Hi, I have a tissue expander in and don't wear my sports bra anymore. I have nice ones from marks and Spencer's but not underwired. I had my mx on 24th January and wore my sports bra for a few weeks and asked if I needed to sleep in it after a couple of weeks and they said no. Got used to having a small brick for a boob but will be glad when finished chemo and rads then hope for implant near Christmas. Good luck love Suzanne. Xxxxxxxxx

I got my sports bra in Asda it's very comfy . Didn't have as big an operation as you but have been wearing them for about a month. Also they were cheap :-) xxx

Hi I too have a tissue expander in (mx in dec) now finished with the saline fills . I couldn't find a bra comfy to wear all day as the band would always dig into to where the port sat under my ribs. After buying numerous bras/sport bra's from asda, the ones I have found to work for me is the ones from Poundland !! I got them in the extra large size to fit my boulder lol .
