I’m sat under a fan having THE worst hot flash that I’ve ever had since starting hormone therapy for breast cancer I finished radiotherapy on Monday,so I’m up under the ceiling fan with a brew considering balling my eyes out but my 19 year old son and his girlfriend (they live with me) will think I’ve gone crazy is anyone else awake? Xx

I'm just about to cwtch in! I'm through change and my got flushes we're not too bad but I find when overheated a walk to the kitchen bare foot helps ! When I had hit boob from radiotherapy I kept aloe Vera gel in fridge and applied! Worked a treat . There is an awaje thread where night owls gravitate. jump to end as it's 4 years old - people been awake a long time !!! Just say hi xx

Thank you I’ll put my cream in the fridge now for the next flush lol and I’ll have a look at the group too xx
