Haha, me too! 
I’ve begun anyway, daily exercise plus a salad at lunchtime with no carbs. I was a bit dismayed at being weighed when I had a suspected DVT! I’m not actually dieting as such but reducing the amount I stuff in my face!

See now 2 days on and I have only just seen this post.  I'm going to have a look now and well I know oestrogen can be created in fat cells - hence the need to stay a normal healthy weight - not carry excess stones around 

I need motivation, I am trying not far good enough though, so hoping after I read this, this will be a kick up the bum that I need.
