Good evening,
I had a double mastectomy on the 19th October all good so far but the past few nights I have had restless arms! I can’t sleep as every few minutes I need to move my arms. Is this normal? Does anyone know the cause x
Hello,
I wonder if this is a result of the mastectomy incisions, meaning that nerves have been cut and now are trying to heal? If so then massaging both sides should help as it ‘teaches’ new nerve endings what’s happened.
If it continues it might be worth you phoning your BCN?
Carry on doing the exercises!
Hugs xxx
