hi so  update, went for my results this friday, thankfully second lesion is benign big sigh of relief after worrying all week. Operation planned for tuesday the 8th December, with SNB and Lumpectomy, there saying that its still undecided r.e chemo, and are going to send the sample of the tumour for the Onco type DX testing, or if there is cancer in the SN, then its a foregone conclusion.

I must admit relieved that things are cracking on, had my first proper meltdown in front of my breast nurse as well, just burst into tears, think it was a mixture of relief, and the fact that for once when i go to a appointment it was not bad news. So had my pre-op assessments done, and Covid test done.

Again its like a dodgy fairground ride, get to find out in two weeks if theyve got it all out, and if ill need chemo, as well as radiotherapy and hormonal therapy, feel sorry for my boy, hes 23 only one living at home at the moment, and over last two to three weeks we have done nothing but argue, so not sure how he's gonna cope playing nurse maid to a hormonal, miserable , thing that will look like theyve dragged themself out of a hedge most days ha ha ha .............. he will disapear to his room ha.

So im good to go, god help whomever wakes me up after surgery as i do tend to ramble on, a bit about things. Ive even managed to sort most of xmas presents out, and the tree is up, have enough food in the house to sink a ship, but were sorted, not sure im looking forward to not being able to do much over the next few weeks but thats part of getting better. Think my Son may want to move out after this next few weeks ha ha .

On a serious note keep smiling ladies and fellas, Cancer sucks, but you know what we have got this.....xxxxxxxxxxxxx

hi Debs thank you for that, bit high and low today prob due to the lack of proper sleep, last night, surgery went ok, they had to take out more than planned, and was a bit longer than expected but the Ninja is out evicted and ousted. Said i had chance for reconstruction down the line if i choose to do so. tried to keep up an awake today in the vain hope i can sleep tonight, been taking Panadol two every five ish hours, pain not too bad, just dull ache when pain medication wears off. am currently wrapped up like a old lady on top of  bed with a nice fleecy blanked, and my favourite wool scarf around me, must admit feel a bit rough today. thank you ever so much for your message, really cheered me up, i go back on the 22cnd of Dec for outcome of marjins, and lymph node removal, etc and Onco scoring i think . lads have been good, youngest is stopping a few days, so hes been a help. cant tell you how funny it was going to the loo yesterday to discover i had blue pee, although they did pre warn  me of this due to the dye that they inject, highly amusing when you can produce your own version of bloo the stuff you stick down the loo....... havent lost my sense of humour ha ha ha. anyway hope you are well and good xxxxxx
