Tamoxifen

Hi, I have been told I'm borderline ER positive and that maybe taking Tamoxifen will help me but because I'm borderline maybe not, do you think it's worth me trying it or because of the side effects not to bother.....I am also her2 postive and have the Herceptin injections.

My friend kheren has herceptin and tamoxifen and all she gets is a bit of joint pain but apart from that shes ok. Hope this helps.

Hello

I finished radiotherapy last week. Feel a little tired but managing to carry on thru the day and doing lots of walking getting up to 15000 steps each day. Have you finished treatment apart from herceptin and tamoxifen? I have 6 herceptin injections left.

Hi Julie, only now I'm seeing this, it's a bit of a nightmare this new system.....yes I finished my treatment.

I have put on so much weight though, I've started walking again but at the moment my feet keep swelling up :-( you are doing so well with your walking keep it up:-)
