Side affects of Anastrozole

I have been taking Anastrozole for about 12 months now with quite a few side affects, mainly joint aches and pains and hot sweats, however the last week I have not had any hot sweats?! The joint aches are not so bad either. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? As always, I am panicking in case they are not working as well or if it is quite normal for our bodies to become accustomed to them?
Will we ever stop panicking about everything???

Hi have just started taking anastrozole a month ago and have not had any side effects yet. Can I ask how soon the side effects started with you.

i started on Tamoxifen then moved onto Anastrozole so it’s hard to say when the side affects started. I think it was within a week or so looking back.

Hange you recently changed brands? That can alter side effects.

I haven’t changed brands but I take Biotin, omega 3, Vit b along side them. My pharmacist said they were ok to take with them.
