Has anyone else experienced lumps and bumps around lumpectomy site during radiotherapy?. I've had 18 out of 23 radiotherapy sessions and it's hard and lumpy near where my original cancer was. Brought this up at my review and was told it's normal. But why do I feel that the cancer back?.
Hi I finished radiotherapy on the 6th June and the area around my scar is like a hard lump. I was told it was scar tissue and could stay like that forever . My breast is still a little tender but again told this is normal . Good luck with the rest of your treatment . Nicky xx
