Catching infections after treatment

Hi Pattalknow welcome to the forum and glad to hear that at least the treatment is past for you.

It is not unusual for this to happen unfortunately as we are immunocompromised after treatment and we are often open to infections until our own immune system starts to recover and kick back in again.

I take it you have seen the GP and got an antibiotic if not you need to go see them and get something to clear this up for you.

Hi granny59, thank you so much, I’m so glad you said that this is normal, I was beginning to panic because I can’t breath. I’m on my second lot of antibiotics and he sent me for a X-ray. It make sense about our immune system. Thanks again hope all is well with you
