Wishing you all a very 'Merry Christmas' and a 'Healthy and Happy New Year'.
I know we all have so many problems and issues going on, some of us have started this journey and have treatment, others are just starting out and others are continuing on treatment. Please try to find a way to find the best out of your situation, whatever it might be, remember there really is so many people are worse off. We have been given the chance to realise we need to live as best we can, not to worry and stress over the small stuff..... I say this, yet I know I am the same 'wanting everything to be perfect'.... but, it never is, there is always something else we want to do. We need to stop this and really concentrate on ourselves firstly - we really do. We have a new year approaching and we should look forward to this 'because we are here', try not to think of any bad sides, work on being happy for what we have here and now.
If it all gets too much, take 5 minutes to feel rubbish, then a deep breath, shoulders back and push it to the side, you don't want to waist time feeling down and upset - after all what will you get from this, just red eyes and feeling totally shite, so f that - work on thinking of better things.
With all the rubbish that has gone on in my life over the past few years, I have begun to think of life like this.....
We are all in the same boat that is out at sea. None of us know when its our time, we have some in boat sailing happily along, others are falling over the side, others are over the side and hanging on, others are on the boat hanging on whilst others try to pull them back on board. We just never know when the sea is going to rock the boat - hope this makes sense.
Anyone fancy a cruise 
Well this was suppose to be a nice Christmas wish, think I've depressed everyone now.
What I'm trying to say, is 'until people have walked in our shoes (Grogg, there available on ebay haha). Until people have walked in our shoes they will never understand this feeling, the feeling that never leaves our minds, or when it does it bounces back just as quick' - people will never understand how it feels to hear those words'..... We are all hear, we understand the feelings and are here for each other - so come on lets try to enjoy Christmas and each and every day as best we can - find fun in the silliest of things, its the best way, if something gets you down don't fret - just smash it up, laugh it off, break it, whatever feels good and then move on - don't mull things over, think of today, yesterday as gone, tomorrow isn't here, today is a gift - thats why its a called the present.
"Thank You" to each and everyone of you for your help, advice, fun, guidance, reassurance and care you have shown me over the past 12 months and more for many of you.
You are my virtual family, that actually know me more than most of my real family "Thank You".......
