I have noticed that immediately following my ec treatment the skin under my eyes apperar puffy and have fluid retention. Has zny3body else experienced this and is it a side effect of ec or steroids?
Thanks
Hi
likely to be the EC Im due to have no6 cycle on wed .
Eyes started to bother me from no1 . At the end if each treatment I react with bad headache and sinus pain .
My eyes are blurry and light sensitive apparently it is a SE of EC . They recommend no eye tests til bout 3 month after EC sonyour eyes have settled .
I use dry eye drops ,your unit may have some .
I also use non alcoholic mouth wash and Vaseline on lips as EC gives mouth ulcers and lip sores ( not trying to depress you honest )
Always tell your unit if SE are hard to cope with they will supply or change meds
I know we're all different but I have found that on the whole EC was not as bad as I expected . Yes SE but manageable for me ,only as it reached no 5 did it start to get harder as cumulative so SE lasted longer in cycle..
keep a diary pattern should emerge so you know when good days are .
Hope this helps
